A Wonderous Wreath for Every Season!

I know many of purchased our new Wonderous Wreath set.  When I try to buy a set, I really try to avoid sets that can only be used for one season.  I have been trying to make a wreath for several seasons.  I managed three so far!

For All Things, I am Grateful

Happy Fall, Crafters!

Today I received a new stamp set from the Holiday Catalog Called For All Things.  I decided I would show my grateful this Thanksgiving by creating Thanksgiving/Thankful cards for my friends and family.  I have many things to be grateful for, and often we neglect saying thank you to those who are such a big part of our lives!

I am grateful for my wonderful family, my husband who always makes me smile, my daughter who brings me so much happiness, for Kael who makes me laugh, and for Cody who exercises my brain, and so much more!

Here are my grateful cards for today:

Pattern, Pattern, Pattern!

I love patterns.  Sometimes I sit staring at a stamp set for a long time and just can't figure out what to do.  Patterns are my 'go to' creative breakthrough!  I used one pattern with our new Moonlight Paper Stack and new 2014-2016 in color Blackberry Bliss & Crushed Curry to make four different cards.

I found the following pattern on Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/208784132700059980/

I started with the From My Heart Set for my English Teacher friend; I thought she'd love the quote from Charles Dickens!:

Next I created cards to Welcome the new teachers to our building.  We are the "Lakers" with a mascot of a sailboat.  I figured Ahoy! would be fitting.  This is a retired set called Hello Sailor. The colors are our school colors.

Finally, I used the new set #hello.  I love, love, love that it matches our new 2 inch and 2/12 inch punch!  It makes creating a card with layers super quick! I also used our Starburst Framelits

Overall, I love the new color!  It is perfect for our school colors!

I Mustache You...

This card is created with our new Framelit: Mustache.
It has a matching stamp that says, "You Da Man". I used a saying from our hip new set: "@SoSocial".

Happy Crafting!

Catalog/Idea CASE

I've been using our Catalog/Idea book for ideas!  It's fun to go through the catalog and CASE (copy) their work with your own colors/twist.

Here is my CASE from page 107 for the set:
"From the Heart"

This was so much fun to make!

Also, I challenged myself to use each stamp set in "Boys Will Be Boys" for Cards for Troops, and I did it!  Here are my last cards from the set:

Finally, here's a card from our new set "Sumthin', Sumthin'"

All in all, it was a great crafting day.  I'm almost ready for tomorrow.  I can't wait to see everyone!

Yo, What's Up?

This is the Operation Write Home Sunday Challenge Sketch 230:

 OWH Weekly Blog Challenge

I hope everyone is enjoying their HOT Sunday afternoon!
I made this card with all new sets from our new catalog:
Boys Will Be Boys
What's Up?
Work of Art

From the Work of art set, I colored the Yo to make the greeting.

With our new sets, I have been trying to come up with ideas that use each stamp in the set.  This Saturday, June 28th at our New Catalog Kickoff I will be focusing on new sets, but specifically, I will feature each stamp from Boys Will Be Boys.  I don't know about you, but I just love this set!  Come out Saturday to see our new items, make a card for yourself, and craft cards for deployed troops' families!
